- The program is to assist with preparing for the KFP and AKT components of the FRACGP examinations, but does not guarantee a successful result

- The contents of the program are exam-focussed and not for assisting in clinical practice. I indemnify Brainstem Education Pty Ltd and its director from any legal action for errors in clinical practice or examinations based on the contents of the program

- Copying or distribution of any contents of the program is prohibited.

- I understands that the RACGP has recently arranged a new format, and parts of the program may be as per the old format still.

- While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy, mistakes may have crept in and Brainstem Academy shall endeavour to correct any mistakes as they are reported or noted. Also, I understand that the program is based on some new and some old guidelines/ articles for the sake of easier exam preparation. I understand that the program is not updated on a real time basis, but from time to time.

-Access to the program shall end soon after the date of RACGP's relevant KFP examination.

-Every attempt has been made to respect every member of the community, and if anyone feels offended by any content, Brainstem Education Pty Ltd and its director shall be more than happy to apologise.
